Sharecare utilizes several different types of trackers to measure your progress towards earning green days.
- Automatic updates: Connecting via your device sensors (including Apple’s Health app on iOS and Android Google Health) to pull real-time daily updates of your program
- Manual entry: Some trackers (e.g. diet) allow more manual entry to directly input the data or ranges for your activity
- Customized: Some trackers do not require daily input (e.g. cholesterol) and can be tailored based on your needs.
