-First, you must ensure your Fitbit is setup and connected to your phone.
-Go to Fitbit.com/setup
From the Sharecare App
-Go to the Trackers section
-Tap the Gear icon (top right of the screen)
-Tap "+" to add Fitbit
* It will direct you to the Fitbit login page
-Login to Fitbit with your Fitbit.com credentials
-On the resulting screen asking for access permission, select “Allow All”
-Once the connection successful screen presented back in Sharecare app, click "Done"
*Fitbit should now have a green checkmark.
*Ensure the desired tracking (sleep/steps) is toggled on on the Trackers screen.
Important note: The Sharecare will sync with the Fitbit app, not the Fitbit device itself. If you have connected your Fitbit but are not seeing your Fitbit steps:
1. Login to the Fitbit app and then ensure your steps are synced there.
2. Check the Sharecare app to see if your Fitbit steps have been synced.
If you’re still not seeing your steps, please try signing out and then back into the Sharecare app.
