If you are utilizing the voice analysis feature in the Sharecare platform, you will be prompted to allow Sharecare access to the microphone in your device. If you do not receive a prompt, you may need to give the app permission to use your microphone through your phone's settings menu.
iOS:
- Go to settings on your iOS device
- Select Sharecare
- Turn “microphone on”
In addition to the above process, you can also:
- Go to settings on your iOS device
- Select “privacy”
- Select “microphone”
- Turn microphone for Sharecare “on”
Android:
- Go to settings on your Android device
- Select applications
- Choose application manager
- Choose Sharecare; Ensure “record audio” is selected in permissions section
Please note that only the Android version allows for automated tracking of your stress levels during phone calls.
