To have your listing removed, please send an email to: email@example.com. To verify your information and process your request, specify ‘Profile Removal – [Provider Name]’ in the subject line. In the body of the email, you must include your full name, NPI (National Provider Identifier) number and the link to your Sharecare profile. Without this information, your update will not be processed.
Your profile will be removed in approximately two business days.
Please note, once your listing has been removed from Sharecare.com, a link to your profile may appear in search engine results, such as Google. The removal of these links is under the purview of the search engines and removal times vary.
